Program only will keep you on track to reach your goals whilst still being a part of the PSP community
Program only is our low tier option for the more independent girlies who still want to be a part of an incredible community but don’t need as much accountability and support along their journey
$25pw | 12 week, 6 month or 12 month options

What it looks like:
4 week structured Strength training blocks
Results come from repetition! In program only you will complete a set workout program for 4 week to allow you to progress your weights, and perfect each exercise before switching things up
This is the best way for you to build muscle and see real results!!
Access to a library of 100 + On demand pilates workouts and guided stretching
Choose from a variety of workouts ranging from 10 - 45mins and including different props like the squishy ball, dumbells, yoga block and more!
These sessions are perfect to add in between your strength training days and work on your flexibility, control and coordination
Access to our community forum to share your wins and build connections within our community
Our community is a massive part of PSP and why we do what we do! We understand it can get lonely in your fitness journey when you don’t know anyone else who has similar goals to you
So we built a space where you can connect and interact with other women and cheer each other on
Monthly 1:1 checkins
Your monthly checkins are your opportunity to get 1:1 feedback and support from your coach. It’s where we dive deep into your wins, see where you can improve to get closer to you goals and answer any questions on your mind
For the girlies who:
Struggle to stay consistent with the gym without a program, you get to the gym and feel like a lost puppy not knowing where to start
Have a base level of knowledge and confidence in the gym but enjoy having a structured program and being a part of a community
Love being an independent girlie!! You see the value in having a coach but you don’t need a lot of accountability and support
